Open Office 3.2 downloads capped at 400 connections?

I was trying to download a copy of Open Office 3.2 for installation and upgrade to one of my less frequently used Ubuntu 9.10 boxes tonight. The strange this about the attempt is the 400 error that I received from one of the Open Office mirrors.Apparently, OpenOffice 3.2 is more popular than I thought…
